I Love Those K-E-T-T-L-E Bells Workout

Guess who's back!? Santa's favorite Gaindeer of course, and he's bringing you a killer kettlebell workout. Perfect to burn those extra cookie calories consumed at work or at home. So grab a kettlebell, repeat the workout below for 4 rounds, 90 seconds of rest after each round, and try not to compromise form. Sleigh it! 

4 Rounds 

  • 15 deadlifts 
  • 10 goblet squats 
  • 10 two-handed swings
  • 15 side bends 
  • 10 Russian twists
